From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During a touch and go on runway 36, the pilot rotated at a low air speed for the wing conditions, which were gusting up to 38 KTS at 250 degrees to avoid a flock of birds. The pilot elected to land again due to the fact the aircraft wasn't climbing and drifting to the right. On touch down the aircraft departed the run to the right and came into contact with large rocks on the side of the taxiway under construction. All three landing gear were sheared from the aircraft and came to rest on its belly. Density altitude was calculated to be 9,204 feet and runway 36 is an up hill departure.
