From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On June 11, 2003, at approximately 8:32 pm EDT, a Piper arrow, PA-28R-200, N4457T landed at the William b. Hartsfield, Atlanta, Georgia and during rollut the right main gear collapsed and then the nose gear collapsed. According to the private pilots written statement and interview he was on a instrument rules flight plan which departed from columbus, Georgia, and was on a visual approach and cleared to land on runway 26R. The pilot stated that he extended the landing gear and observed "three in the green", and used the checklist to perform the before landing checks. After landing and during rollout at approximately 30 mph, the right main landing gear collapsed and the right wing tip contacted the ground. The pilot said that he then pulled the yoke as FAR as possible and allowed the aircraft to come to rest on the runway, without using any brakes. The pilot stated that the nose gear collapsed shortly before the aircraft came to rest, causing the propeller to strike the runway.
