From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Just after V2, the crew received a anti-skid warning. On gear retraction the nose went up and the mains remained down with "gear disagree" caption. Other cautions appeared at this time as well. They are, "EFIS, comp inop", "stall fail", "hyd. 2B". Status messages received, "wind shear fail", and "DCU2 inop". Crew declared an emergency and returned to Peoria. On approach to Peoria they also received a "prox sys" caution. On selection, all three gear showed down and locked and an uneventful landing was made at Peoria.
