From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot was taxiing for takeoff on taxiway india. Upon approaching a small pick-up truck parked on right side of taxiway, pilot maneuvered aircraft to the left to permit right wingtip to clear pick-up truck. Pilot mis-judged clearance and right wingtip struck left rear of pick-up cab, which was unoccupied. Upon impact, pilot failed to prevent aircraft from rotating to the right, essentially pivoting on right wingtip. As aircraft pivoted to the right, right engine passed in front of truck and propeller struck right front of truck's engine compartment and right fender. Aircraft came to a stop in this position.
