From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Aircraft landed on runway 30L without clearance while runway was closed for snow removal. However, the aircraft had lost its electrical system and was without radio. ATC declared an emergency and cleared the aircraft to land runway 30R via the light gun. The aircraft executed a missed approach due to no lowered landing gear and subsequently landed runway 30L. All vehicles were earlier cleared from the runway and no loss of separation occurred with the aircraft. Pilot was able to extend landing gear manually and landed the aircraft without incident.
