From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The right main landing gear collapsed during landing roll-out. The right main did not indicate that it was locked (no green light), but appeared to be down to ground observers, during a fly-by, prior to landing. This aircraft had sustained a nose gear collapse, for yet undetermined reasons, approximately 9 months ago, and was being ferried with the nose gear strapped in the down position. The cause of both gear collapses will be determined once serviceable engines and props are installed, and the aircraft ferried to its final destination, with all three gears strapped in the down position.

As the FAA filed it
