What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Upon landing on the grass alongside runway 28 at K4A4 (Cedartown, GA) the pilot applied the brakes. The brakes grabbed rather quickly causing the tail of the aircraft to start lifting. It also caused the pilot to slide forward in his seat causing him to apply even more pressure to the brakes and forward pressure to the control yoke. This caused the elevator to pitch nose down resulting in the aircraft flipping over on its back.
