From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The flight attendant crew was notified by the flight deck to be seated due to code 6 turbulence during the service. The flight attendants and all passengers were seated. Two service carts were in the galley but not secured. When the turbulence appeared to have subsided two of the flight attendants in the back of the aircraft got out of their seats to complete the service. The aircraft dropped and the flight attendants sustained injuries. One passenger that did not have their seat belt fastened flew out of their seat, but declined medical attention. The forward flight attendant was bruised and had a sore back. One of the aft flight attendants had multiple bruises and a sprained ankle. On landing, pass traveling flight attendant took jumpseat for flight attendant with sprained ankle who was seated in a passenger seat. Two flight attendants were seen at the emergency room in Albuquerque and released.
