From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) After landing on taxi on runway 18, aircraft veered off to the left into the grass and tipped over causing minor damage to the aircraft. Pilot stated that the brakes were very sensitive and he may have applied a little too much pressure to the left brake. He also stated that when it started to go left, he continued on into the grass instead of trying to correct and possibly overcorrecting. With this type aircraft and forward fuel it has a forward CG. Once stopped the nose slowly tipped over causing minor damage.
