From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) As the captain attempted to do a 180 degree turn (from south to north) on taxiway C-2, the aircraft nose and right main tires departed the concrete and mired in the mud. The captain made the turn in an attempt to enter taxiway C-1. The passengers were downloaded (non-emergency evac) and the aircraft was towed to the airfield parking ramp. Maintenance personnel arrived from lax to change the nose/right main tires, and the right main gear brakes. The aircraft and passengers departed for it's assigned destination on 10/23/04.
