From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On October 26, 2004, flight no. 46 aircraft N245FX while enroute from kden to kict, the low hydrulic pressure warning message illuminated in flight just after take off for both 1 & 2 hydraulic system. The crew diverted to ict for emergency landing and performed an emergency gear extension with emergency brake activation on landing. After landing the emergency response team foamed the left wheels because of an apparent fire, where the #1 and 2 main tires had blown. The flight crew exited the aircraft with it left on the runway, and maintenance towed it off after changing three wheels.
