From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Flight was returning from kissimmee airport in Florida where the airplane had been topped off with fuel according to privacy data omitted a passenger onboard and licensed pilot. The pilot elected to "buzz" the home of privacy data omitted at 100 feet then entered a modified right hand pattern at Flying Baron ranch airport in Leesburg, Florida. At 250-300 AGL. The pilot overshot the runway centerline and increased the bank to between 60-70 degrees in order to correct and realign for landing. This, combined with the reduced airspeed (90 KTS) and possible overgross weight condition (weight determined by isis medical weight reports of the four on board), brought the aircraft into an accelerated stall condition which was unrecoverable due to the low altitude.

As the FAA filed it

(-23) FLIGHT WAS RETURNING FROM KISSIMMEE AIRPORT IN FLORIDA WHERE THE AIRPLANE HAD BEEN TOPPED OFF WITH FUEL ACCORDING TO ^PRIVACY DATA^ A PASSENGER ONBOARD AND LICENSED PILOT. THE PILOT ELECTED TO "BUZZ" THE HOME OF ^PRIVACY DATA^ AT 100 FEET THEN ENTERED A MODIFIED RIGHT HAND PATTERN AT FLYING BARON RANCH AIRPORT IN LEESBURG, FLORIDA.
