From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On April 25, 2005, the pilot privacy data omitted holder of airline transport pilot certificate privacy data omitted, acted as pilot in command of Beechcraft king air, N88HM. The ramp area had been reopened on April 24th having been resurfaced. Just before the pilot privacy data omitted arrived at Corpus Christi, international airport, a rain storm had moved through the area. While taxiing N88HM began to slide on the wet ramp, the pilot privacy data omitted was unable to stop before the left wing of N88HM struck the side of the hangar, resulting in minor damage to the aircraft, and no injuries. Investigation indicates that the pilot privacy data omitted was not taxiing at an excessive speed when the aircraft started to slide.
