From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The passenger who is a long ez owner explained that following a flight to caldwell, ID they were returning to Sunrise Skypark. While on final at approximately 10 to 15 feet above runway 30 the aircraft stalled. This resulted in a rapid drop causing a large bounce and due to the right quartering crosswind the plane went off the runway to the left. The pilot added power attempting a go-around, however the main gear struck the shallow embankment of a runway exit taxiway, which caused the gear to depart the aircraft. The aircraft continued nose first on its belly until striking the next runway exit taxiway, which caused massive destruction to the front of the aircraft, resulting in fatal injuries to the pilot occupying the forward seat.
