From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot stated that following a "slight skip" on landing, the aircraft touched down in a normal manner but then began immediately veering to the right. Pilot further stated that it felt as if the right brake had locked up. Skid mark on runway up to the point where the aircraft exited indicates a skid by the right wheel. After veering off the runway, the aircraft flipped onto its back in the grass. Aircraft received damage to 3 wing spars, both cabane struts and the prop. Post accident inspection of aircraft brakes found them to be operating normally.
