What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) The pilot was executing a normal landing at the Carson City airport (cxp), during roll out the nose landing gear folded up. Then the propeller blades came in contact with the asphalt runway. At this time the aircraft started to turn to the left and the right main landing gear folded up. The aircraft then slid to a stop (no fire). The damage was in the following areas: propeller, nose landing gear and doors, lower engine cowling, right wing tip area, right inner landing gear door and the forward belly section. The aircraft was jacked up, the landing gear folded down and stiff legged, then it was moved to the owner's aircraft hangar.
