From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The balloon was landing in a grassy area of the airport, near other balloons. As the balloon touched down, a ground crewmember of another balloon ran over and grabbed the basket in an attempt to hold it down and assist the landing. The balloon rose again, with the ground crewmember clinging to the balloon. When the ground crewmember was about eight feet above the ground she lost her grip and fell, landing on her left hip and left hand. The balloon then landed nearby without further incident. The ground crewmember suffered fractures of two bones in her left wrist, and three hairline fractures in her pelvis.
