From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot was at cruise altitude, west bound, in the vicinity of the south edge of the U.S. Petrified forest approx. 15 miles east of Holbrook, AZ. When the propeller suddenly lost an outboard tip of one of the blades. The pilot immediately pulled the throttle back, notified the ATC center of the situation, and said he was going to try and land on I-40. The pilot actually did land on a paved U.S. Forestry road just north of I-40 and approx. 15-20 miles east of Holbrook, AZ. The emergency landing was uneventful and there was no damage/fire to the aircraft or injury to the pilot, the sole occupant.
