From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Student pilot reported crossing threshold of runway 14 at 99 knots with the intention to land. Nose wheel and propeller contacted runway simultaneously when main gear contacted runway, at which the aircraft began to go to the left edge of runway in a nose down, left wing down configuration. Student pilot elected to initiate a go-around and successfully regained control on initial climb-out. Pilot made an uneventful landing on runway 5. Investigation on site revealed 3 bent propeller blades, damage to nose wheel assembly and nose wheel fairing and possibly lower engine mount attach fitting on fuselage.
