From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Aircraft N30702 landed in international Falls, MN (kinl) adjacent to runway 22 which is allowed for aircraft landing with snow ski landing gear. The aircraft landed slightly long. The perpendicular runway 13/31 taxiway had been plowed for snow creating a one to two foot high bank. Due to warm weather the snow bank had melted and re-froze making the bank hard. The aircraft hit the bank traveling about 20-25 mph. The right ski tip hit the snow bank, embedding itself into the bank causing the right gear to give way and also causing the aircraft to tip forward resulting in one of the propeller blades to strike the taxiway and bending it.
