From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On February 01, 2006, N46LL an amateur built aircraft owned and piloted by privacy data omitted landed on runway 9L at North Perry Airport at approximately 1710 EST. During roll out the nose gear collapsed, causing only minor damage to the skid plate designed for such occurances. After the aircraft came to rest the pilot privacy data omitted was able to pick up the nose and extend and lock down the nose gear. The aircraft was then pushed clear of the runway. There was only the pilot onboard and no injuries were incurred. The last condition inspection had been performed on April 30, 2005 at 111 hours total aircraft time. This investigation was performed by desk audit and is considered closed.
