From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On feb 9, 2006, the pilot privacy data omitted had his logbook signed for his solo flight. At approximately 1100 MST he was making his first landing on rwy 29 and landed and gust of wind lifted the plane causing the plane to touch down again on its nose wheel and bounced in the air causing the pilot privacy data omitted to apply power and go around. On the second landing the plane made a good landing but when weight was put on the landing gear the nose gear collapsed causing damage to the propeller and the aircraft to skid on its nose wheel till stopped.
