From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) After landing runway 02, while on the way to the taxiway, the pilot attempted to raise the flaps for more positive control in gusty winds (approximately 20 mph). The pilot inadvertently raised the gear handle instead. The nose gear completely collapsed. The main gear were 2/3-3/4 extended, also collapsed. The pilot then shut down the engines and electrical system. The aircraft came to rest to the right of runway 02 centerline (the runway is 100' wide) and approximately midway on runway length (5502'), with the landing gear partially retracted.
