From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During landing roll out, on runway 36L, dfw airport, TX at approximately 125 KIAS the aircraft began to vibrate, the vibration increased as the aircraft slowed, the aircraft stopped on the runway for inspection. The left main landing gear torque link apex bolt had come out allowing the torque links to separate. The number two tire was flat due to sidewall damage caused by the left main landing gear shimmy dampener reservoir rubbing against the tire, the shimmy dampener reservoir was broken off and separated from the aircraft and not recovered. The left main landing gear torque link bolt and associated hardware was recovered by dfw airport operations during runway inspection after the incident. The passengers remained on the aircraft until airport busses arrived, then deplaned thru the forward entrance door using the aircraft stairs, then bussed to the terminal. The main landing gear torque links were reconnected on the runway using the recovered bolt, the aircraft was towed to terminal "b" south hard stand for repairs. Company mechanics were dispatched from phoenix, AZ to repair.
