From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot stated that he was doing a touch and go landing at miller farm landing strip (public use airfield grass strip). He landed the aircraft without incident retracted the flaps and added full power. The aircraft turned left. He stated that he did not know if the flaps were at 0 degrees or 10 degrees at that point. He then pulled back on the yoke and added right rudder to counteract the left turning tendencies. The aircraft stalled and went off the right side (north side) of the runway midpoint of the field and made a hard landing. The aircraft sustained substantial damage. There were two souls onboard and there were no injuries.
