What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Airman was performing "touch & go's" on a rural farming road when on the second landing the aircraft encountered a thermal gust of wind resulting with the left wing rising suddenly causing the right wing to contact the ground. The aircraft then rotated approximately 130 degrees on its right wing tip and main landing gear. After 90 degrees of aircraft rotation, the underside of the aircraft was exposed to the wind in a pitch up condition causing the aircraft to be blown over on its back.
