From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The captain stated: "pushed tail north from gate C-12, called for taxi, given the following route. "Taxi zulu" to "echo" down 30R for a 30L departure. No notice of swa (southwest airlines) was passed along to us. On echo after clearing left then to right. In fo's forward window, I saw swa taxiing at a high rate of speed. To avoid any situation, brakes were applied. Swa never stopped, passing my nose they slowed to a normal taxi speed." The captain was notified that one flight attendant in the aft galley area was thrown to the floor as a result of the sudden braking, causing minor injury. The aircraft taxied back to the gate and the affected flight attendant was relieved of her duties and transported to a local hospital emergency room. She was examined and found to have sustained minor bruising, she was later released.
