From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Upon returning to Creve couer airport, he proceeded to perform some practice landings. As he made his final landing of the solo training session, he inadvertently veered to the right side of the runway to an extent that the aircraft began a ground loop. Upon initiating its spin, the aircraft's left wing contacted the ground causing substantial damage to the wing tip and rib. The pilot privacy data omitted ^ was not injured. The weather conditions for that day were within the parameters set by the pilot's privacy data omitted flight instructor.
