From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Inspector privacy data omitted of the sacramento FSDO was conducting an initial flight instructor practical test. The pilot privacy data omitted was demonstrating an emergency landing/180 power off accuracy landing as required by the pts. This maneuver was briefed prior to take off as were PIC responsibilities. The pilot privacy data omitted was the PIC. Just as the tail started touch down, privacy data omitted realized the landing gear was not down and applied full power and started a go-around. The aircraft started to climb, then the pilot privacy data omitted retracted all the flaps and the aircraft settled on the runway.
