From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) According to the captain of this flight, the airplane was on approach to runway 1 at dca with reported winds of 310 degrees at 20 knots gusting to 37 knots. Due to the wind condition, a reduced flap setting (25 degrees) and an approach airspeed additive of 17 knots were utilized. The aircraft experienced light to moderate turbulence and airspeed fluctuations of +/-8 to 15 knots as the approach progressed. At approximately 5 feet above the runway, a strong wind gust raised the left wing and the aircraft moved 15 feet to the right of the runway centerline. As a go around was initiated, the right main landing gear and the extended right landing light contacted the runway. The second approach and landing were uneventful. There was minor damage to the right wing landing light housing. privacy data omitted
