From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During pushback, the towing supervisor stopped the towing operation due to a light aircraft taxiing behind the united postal service (ups) aircraft. As the tow vehicle driver was stopping the aircraft, the tow supervisor's attention was diverted to the aircraft taxiing behind the ups aircraft. At this point, the right nose landing gear tire rolled over the tow supervisor's foot causing serious injury. Ups has initiated a change to their general operations manual to have the tow supervisor ride in the tow vehicle instead of walking next to the aircraft near the nose landing gear assembly.
