From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) A/c landed, shut down #1, shut off power, and unloaded cargo from aft left cargo door. Upon restart of #1, main bus power battery cable 6" from battery contactor in right wing inbd of nacelle arced to the hot bleed air duct above it and the hydraulic line below it. Hydraulic fluid sprayed and caught fire to every combustible in the area, warping the upper wing skin and removing the temper from aluminum structure forward (but not including) of the spar and in the engine keel area. Cause: outboard master contacter bracket not secured by rivets, loose, forced up on one end, putting the power cable in a bind between the hot bleed air duct and hydraulic line. It rubbed for some time until it arced, and caught fire. Working with the aco inspector and manufacturer on the issues. A safety recommendation may be issued. Several service bulletins have been issued for protection of the battery cable to the hot air duct, which were ineffective when the contactor support is improperly installed.

As the FAA filed it
