From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot stated he left santa teresa (5T6) a little after 3:00 pm MDT to fly to the Mexico border near Douglas, Arizona, then proceeded to Falcon field (ffz), landing at ffz about 5:30 pm MST. During the roll out shortly after taking the flaps out (flaps full up) the plane veered to the left. The plane did not react normally to his inputs, continuing to veer left and right before he reached taxi speed, the plane turned sharply right into a skid. The left main gear collapsed and then the left wing struck the ground. The plane came to rest on the runway pointing about 90 degrees off the runway.
