From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Aircraft N4225G on approach to M54 runway 01 from I91 touched down just past threshold of runway. Aircraft ballooned up off runway then nosed over, landing hard on runway with nosewheel touching down first. The nose wheel sheared off from the nose gear. Aircraft skidded on the cowling down the runway 141FT before stopping. The fuselage buckled just aft of the fire wall on both sides of the fuselage and approximately 12" behind the door. The composite propeller shattered, striking the runway. The left wing aft spar separated from the aircraft at the fuselage attach point.
