In this inspectors opinion and after reviewing all reports, these flight attendant injuries were unavoidable due to clear air turbulence. The pilots had the proper weather briefings and followed all best safety practices by asking the flight attendants to take there seats early due to the weather in the miami area. The pilots had no "ride reports" that led them to believe they would encounter turbulence according to the crew reports. Throughout the entire event the cabin and flight deck communicated very efficiently to maintain the safety and medical care of all involved.
