From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot reported that the airplane began "pulling hard left" during landing rollout on runway 18 before any brake application. He then applied rudder to keep the aicraft straight; the airplane continued to pull hard left anb began skidding sideway, then swerved off of the left side of the runway and spun around before coming to a stop. The zph ASOS was reporting wind from 170-180 degrees at 6 KTS just before landing, according to the pilot. Initial examination of the aircraft at the scene revealed that the right main gear had collapsed, there was also damage to the stabilator and to the beginning in the area above the right-mail wheel well that extended about 5' outboard across several ribs to an area just forward of the outboard end of the flap. An operational check of the rudder controls revealed no restrictions to full rudder or nose gear travel. There was a slight amount of rubbing of the right seat right rudder pedal against an interior kick-panel, but no evidence that it was interfering with control movement.
