From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) It appears that the pilot lost control of the aircraft while landing at klmt on runway 25. The airport aircraft alert report, completed by privacy data omitted states that the pilot and ATC reported the aircraft experienced flight/directional control problems while landing (on runway 25). The aircraft bounced 3-4 times, during which the nose tire blew and the hub mount broke, causing loss of steering. The aicraft then drifted to the edge of the runway at taxiway "g". Aircraft continued off the runway, stopping approximately 950-1000 feet west of taxiway "g" and 400 feet south of runway center line.
