From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The PIC was flying the aircraft from memphis, TN to conroe, TX. He landed on runway 1 at Lone Star Executive Airport with no apparent problems until the nose landing gear touched down at approximately taxiway c, the aircraft immediately veered to the left and the nose of the aircraft dropped, causing the propeller to strike the tarmac. The aircraft came to rest approximately 150 feet north of taxiway b, the right main landing gear 3 feet off the runway on the west side.
