From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On approach to eyw, the PIC started through the landing checklist, the PIC lowered the landing gear and he did not achieve "right main gear lock." The PIC cycled the landing gear and still no green light achieved, instrument indicated a red warning light and sounded a warning horn. The PIC contacted ATC to declare an emergency landing. The PIC entered into a hold pattern to exhaust fuel, and initiate maneuvers to lock the landing gear in the down position. The PIC made an emergency landing and the right main landing gear collapsed.
