From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During landing rollout right brake apparently locked and aircraft veered off the right side of runway. There is clearly one skid mark the veers off the runway. Upon exiting the runway aircraft hit a small drop off, the nose tipped down and the tail came over the top. Aircraft came to rest clear of the runway and inverted. Significant damage to left wing, damage to right wing, propeller, and skin of aircraft. After using a crane to turn the aircraft over, the FBO had to bleed the brakes to get the aircraft to roll because the brakes were activated. The FBO stated that the pilot had left the emergency brake on. There is no emergnecy brake system on this model of aircraft.
