N1824Q, operating under 14CFR135, was conducting an on-demand air carrier flight to boeing/king county international airport (kbfi) with 3 passengers. During the takeoff phase, after the airplane became airborne in ground effect, the pilot noted the aircraft was not accelerating at normal takeoff power. He increased the propeller RPM to maximum takeoff power with no increase in acceleration. He determined N1824Q would not clear the obstructions at the airport boundary and aborted the takeoff with approximately 1/4 of the runway remaining. The aircraft touched down in the grass overrun at the end of the runway and came to a stop in stall grass and weeds. There were no injuries to the occupants. Aircraft damage was limited to a nick in the propeller and a cracked left wheel fairing.
