The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On 7/1/08 personnel from this office examined N425WD which was parked at business aircraft center at Danbury. Examination of the aircraft revealed impact damage to the right engine propeller and a 4 inch by 2 inch puncture in the right side fuselage in line with the propeller. Also, there wwas impact damage above the puncture. Both the left and right main gear brake assemblies had grass protruding from them. The right side of the nose wheel showed evidence of having been in the grass. Maintenance personnel from reliant aircraft inspected the aircraft and determined that a binding rod end at the left engine fuel control did not allow the engine to go to idle resulting in an asametric thrust condition.
