From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N92MA conducted a normal approach and landing at the Destin, Florida (kdts) airport. Both pilot and copilot confirmed speeds and approach were normal. As the aircraft started to commence braking, it began drifting off to the left side of the runway with very little braking action. Copilot called for emergency brake deployment twice. After the second call for deployment of the emergency brakes, the crew pulled the emergency brakes and the plane immediately veered to the left and went off the runway. Nose gear collapsed and minor damage to the skin, flaps, and main gear door occurred. Copilot evacuated the aircraft and stayed with the passenger for 15 minutes observing him for any injury. No injuries to crew or passenger occurred. This was a 14 CFR part 135 subcontracted flight for Cessna citation shares.
