From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The PIC was performing touch and go takeoffs and landings at the Wahoo airport in Wahoo, Nebraska. On the third landing, the before landing checklist was used, but the PIC failed to verify three green lights on the gear down indicator. In the landing flare, both propellers and one antenna on the belly of the aircraft came in contact with the runway during a gear up landing. The PIC performed a go-around and was able to recover from the ground contact and returned the aircraft to flight. The PIC then proceeded to kmle and landed without further incident.
