From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Upon landing at the Nashville International Airport on 08/08/08, eagle flight 600, an embrer-135KL aircraft, skidded 3,289 feet before coming to a stop. When the aircraft came to a stop, aircaft evacuation was completed with forty passengers and 3 crew members evacuated. The Nashville airport fire department repsonded on scene and determined there was no fire as first reported by ATC. As reported by both pilots in their statements, the main wheel brakes had pressure on them upon landing causing the wheels to be locked thus causing the skidding. The captain stated that he did not apply toe brake pressure during landing. Both pilots noted visually that the parking brake was not set. Both pilots stated that there was no visual warnings through the aircrafts eicas or aural warnings through the awu. At 2100 hours eagle maintenance arrived and the parking brake control valve was removed and replaced as well as the four damaged tire/wheel assemblies and the four brake assemblies. The aircraft was then towed from the active runway. The dfdr read out confirmed that the parking brake/emergency brake was on during landing.
