From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) While on takeoff roll from runway 9 at tallahessee regional airport, the right main landing gear outboard tire failed. Debris from such tire struck the right main landing gear door, causing the door to partially break away from its hinge assembly. The partially attached right main gear door then contacted the right main landing gear inboard tire, causing damage to the tire that resulted in tire failure. The flight crew aborted the takeoff and successfully brought the aircraft to a full stop on the runway without further incident.

As the FAA filed it
