From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) This private pilot rated airman reports that while applying agricultural chemicals to his farm crops he struck a mound of rocks resulting in damage to the left main gear wheel and gear attach point. On his return for landing at the Jamestown, ND airport, the gear collapsed and the left wing tip and one propeller tip struck the runway. The damage was minor, there were no injuries and no fire ensued. The pilot had attempted to stop the propeller rotation prior to landing by shutting off the engine, but the propeller continued to windmill with one blade in the down position at touch down, resulting in the prop damage. Any subsequent engine damage is being analyzed by the operator's mechanics. No structural damage was noted during the investigation.
