From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) privacy data omitted reported he had departed his private strip with approximately 200 gallons of chemicals to complete one last application for the day due to clouds and rain moving into the area. Due to the rain and clouds privacy data omitted was unable to dispense his load and had to return to his landing strip with the load. The return flight was through some rain but all else remained normal. Approach and landing were reported as slightly fast. After touchdown the aircraft reportedly hit a bump in the runway as the tail came down, the aircraft started to veer to the left, as brakes were applied directional control was lost and the aircraft slide off the runway to the left and collided with a drainage ditch, damaging all four wings.
