From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The aircraft is operated under FAR part 135. The subject flight was a repositioning flight from khpn to kmmu conducted under FAR part 91. There were no passenger on board. Crew stated that they made a normal approach and landed on rwy 23 at kmmu. The f/o was in control of the aircraft. Approximately 150 feet after landing the aircraft began to pull to the left. Differential braking was used to maintain centerline and the aircraft came to rest approximately 4000 feet down the runway approximately 10 feet to the left of centerline. The numbers 1 and 2 tires (both tires, left MLG) were blown. Unbroken skid marks were observed from approximately the touchdown point to the aircraft. No anti-skid releases were observed. Company maintenance determined that the p/n AC67732 brake control valve had failed. The valve and damaged wheel assemblies were replaced, operational checks were performed satisfactorily and the aircraft was returned to service.
