From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On the night of January 27, 2009 my first officer, privacy data omitted and I, privacy data omitted, returned from orl. The reported weather was three miles visibility and overcast at 900 feet. We were cleared for the ILS 25 approach by atlanta approach and cleared by lzu tower to land. We came out of the overcast layer at approximately 1500 feet MSL and made a normal landing. During the roll out we struck a deer about midway down the runway. Our speed at the time was between 90 and 100 knots. We cleared the runway and brought the aircraft to a stop. We immediately informed the tower that we had struck a deer on the runway. Neither the first officer nor myself were injured in any way. We inspected the engine instruments and felt it was safe to taxi. We then taxied into the medway ramp. The aircraft suffered damage to the left wing leading edge, left main gear door, left landing light, left engine nacelle, left flap and left spoiler.
